| Penalty Assessment Ticket - If you fail to mail in the fine, or appear on the specified date for a Penalty Assessment ticket, a Default will be placed on your license. Default - This will result in the maximum amount of points to be assessed according to the charge. A hold will be placed on your Drivers License and further costs will be accrued.
